Quality Control Process

We are able to provide certifications on test performed in our or our supplier’s laboratories, or by independent industrial labs, providing a level of trust to our end users.
Turbine Blades–Blades are manufactured from solid metal alloys with 4 and 6 axis milling state-of-the-art machinery, and its process meets the most strict controls and details.
Reconditioning
Following the market tendencies looking for low cost of operations, we can offer a cost effective reconditioning , with a high tech procedure that warrants that only those pieces meeting the strict specifications, would be rebuilt and all others replaced to complete your sets. Laboratory tests are conducted and certificates of inspection issued will confirm the integrity of each piece.
Compressor Wheels
Manufactured en specially forged metals with the same OEM source of raw materials, all exceeding in quality and made with the ultimate state-of-the-art machinery, and with the most advanced methods of the German metallurgical industry. These pieces are direct manufacturing and all stages of control are done by our associates experts.

Rotors
We offer reconditioning, blades installation and rotor assembling in German installations. We can also provide TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE or refer you to the most nearby qualified service station.
Spare Parts
The complete scope of turbocharger spares. Some GE rail turbo spares, as well as some complete cartridges of the small types (Schwitzer, Garrett, KKK, and Holset). From bolts, locking plates, verbus discs etc, up till completely certified and fully guaranteed Turbochargers.
Our surrogated teams will deploy to the work sites, to install and provide technical advice during maintenance or installations.
